Delivery Information

Orders placed by 2pm are usually dispatched on the same day if possible. Next working day delivery applies within mainland UK on all orders over £50 (ex VAT).

Please note that weekends & bank holidays are not considered to be working days.

Next working day delivery does not apply to the following UK destinations, it may take up to 5 working days, nor is it always possible to give free delivery :
Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles.

The postcodes that fall within these areas are:
All IV, All KW, PA20-PA78, KA27-KA28, PH4 – PH50, All HS, All ZE, All IM, All BT. Please call or email us for a quote on delivery if your postcode falls into one of these.

During Bank Holidays & Christmas you will find many major couriers can face delays though all orders are sent out on a next day delivery from our warehouse. Courier companies can face delays due to backlogs or shortage of staff during holiday times. We encourage customers to place orders earlier in order to avoid delays from courier companies so your business does not get affected.
